Cancellation Policy – Pounawea Motor Camp
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is outlined below:
Refunds
- 30 days or more prior to your booked arrival date
A 80% refund will apply. - At least 7 days prior to your booked arrival date
A 60% refund will apply. - At least 3 days prior to your booked arrival date
A 25% refund will apply. - Less than 3 days prior to arrival or no-shows
No refund will be given and the full booking amount will be charged.
Additional Conditions
- Changes to guest numbers
If you need to change the number of people in your reservation, please advise us prior to arrival.
If you arrive with fewer guests than originally booked, no refund will be provided. - Early departures
If you choose to leave early, no refunds or transfers will be made for the unused portion of your booking.
